When Florida Freezes Over
Adventures in snow paranoia, extended grumpy heroes, and my questionable TikTok debut.
Quick life update because things got weird down here in Florida...
First off - SNOW.
In Florida.
Not where I am (thank goodness, because this Florida girl's blood is basically 90% sunshine), but northern Florida has been out there living some parallel universe fantasy while I'm over here debating if flip-flops count as winter shoes.
Speaking of unexpected developments... Remember Max, our fave collegiate grump from the prequel to Grumpfest I released awhile back?
Well, let’s just say, the guy got chatty. Very chatty. Like, 10,000 extra words chatty. The extended edition is now available wherever you may find your books, and it’s free! (If you read it and enjoy it, please consider dropping a review or a star rating!)
Some publishing updates:
I’ve made the leap to wide distribution (aka: my books have broken free from the Amazon fortress)
You can now find me on Kobo Plus if you love subscription services (bonus: unlike KU, authors can list their books everywhere! Plus it might save you some dollars)
Also, several titles are currently free across different platforms since I’m participating in a few promos the next two months (now go forth and hunt, dear reader!)
In other news, I've re-joined TikTok.
So, if you enjoy watching someone with the grace of a confused penguin attempt to be trendy, come find me! So far I've mastered the art speaking like a real person.
Tough, I prefer writing.
And of course, the doods continue to provide endless quality entertainment - one recently spent twenty minutes trying to boop his own snoot in my laptop screen. At least someone in this house has confidence.
They’ve also been working overtime to keep momma warm.
Dodging snowflakes and seeking readers,
P.S. Currently accepting applications for a TikTok dance coordinator. Must have patience and a high tolerance for second-hand embarrassment. Also, don’t forget to snag the updated prequel. And preorder Grumpfest.
